Well done to all our students for their efforts in the OLSS Public Speaking Competition!
Earlier this term we held our Grand Finals, with the top two class champions, from each Kindy to Year 5, competing in front of their classmates. Congratulations to those that came first place and runner up for their grade. Thank you to Mrs Paula Zaia from St Joseph’s Catholic College, who assisted with the judging for the finals. Paula was extremely impressed with the standard of the presentations and the subject content of the speeches.
Thank you also to our teachers and parents/carers for providing guidance as well as helping students prepare and practise their speeches.
